Zee listened quietly as the small woman tried to explain again and again. It did not escape her notice that she'd blatantly admitted to disobeying a command from her husband, though she could forgive the transgression if what the healer said was true. "I will look into it, you have my word." She responded, unwilling to take this strangers' word against her husband without some sort of proof. Her body was showing the beginnings of anger - anger towards her husband for the things Riva was saying about him - but if her words were proven to be lies then the anger could quickly turn. "Your name." The new queen demanded. "If these accusations turn out to be false, I will need to know who I'm reporting to Deathbelle for slandering her warlord." The threat was real, and Zee's hackles raised at the thought. One way or the other some punishment would come of this news - either her husband was disregarding his moral compass or this woman was trying to defame their new pack. "Speech" |
