Land Tidying Update

Update
Hey all, just a quick little update!
I've been working on tidying up the boards, so a few lands have been removed entirely, mainly ones rarely posted in or with very few posts at all. Instead of pretending they've never existed, though, they've all been shifted to simply exist within the description of another land. Here's the full list of what has changed:
North:
The Snowfalls - Removed. The description of Submerged Woods has been edited to express the snowy trenches on the outskirts of the submerged forest.
Frost Island - Removed. Mention of an uninhabitable icy island off the coast has been moved to Devil's Spout.
Lifeless Caverns - Removed. Added mention of these caverns to Dreamer's Col, and Dreamer's Col's description has been edited to reflect that it is a mountain range rather than just a mountain pass.
East:
Love Island - Removed. Added mention of this island to the description of Kamui Delta, where it has always existed.
Singing Caverns - Removed. Added mention of caverns to Mount Volkan.
South:
Rekaru Island, Inu Island, Nephilim Island, Black Island, & Ibon Island - All removed. Mention of a few of the larger islands has been added to Dove Island Archipelago.
Dove Island - Renamed to Dove Island Archipelago to encompass all these islands.
Whispering Caves - Removed. Added mention of caves to Barren Hills.
West:
Palmetto Wash - Removed. Added mention of palmetto trees to Sand River.
Deadmans Scrap - Removed. Added mention of scrapland to Tar Pits.
Falmer's Dunes - Removed entirely, since Barren Dunes is the same sort of landscape and was directly next to it.
Jades Moore - Removed. Similar to Avian Estuary, so the two were combined.
As a note, there might be a few more changes to come, and the map will be updated soon to reflect these changes! ❤
