Tyrian had spent most of his youth squaring off with the young Imperialis group. He'd fought his brothers, he'd fought his niece, etc. And he'd been perfectly content to do that until now. Now he was ready to branch out. Even though he wasn't exactly "all grown up" now, he was old enough - and experienced enough - for the other members of the pack to take him seriously. And he was going to be taken seriously.

The first step in carving out a seat at the grownup's table as far as Tyrian was concerned was rolling with the big boys. He needed to show them he wasn't a child anymore and it was with that goal in mind that he threw back his head and howled out a challenge to the wolves of Legion: come and fight me.
