She chuckled at Álarr's response. Their relationship was turning into a chummy one; she was grateful that they'd managed to find some common ground by returning to the battlefield often. Their meeting at the Firefly Festival had only confused her young self, but now that she was a bit older and in a position of authority, she saw how useful it might be to try and craft a bond between herself and the distant family members in Legion. She knew that Rhyme's tryst with Shaye was looked down upon, but she had no part in it. Could they really hold her responsible for her father's misdeeds - especially if they had created something as wonderful as Poem and Motif? If they only knew her sisters... Theo was sure they'd reconsider.

Alouette's attack was thwarted but she had managed to surprise the opponent - at least until Afi leaped up and smacked her out of the air. The raven fumbled to the ground and rolled, taking off again sprightly. Theory turned to look and make sure her companion was alright, shifting her face away from Álarr's jaws as she did. Lou was safely back in the air but Theory's moment of distraction allowed his chest bump to ram firmly into her left shoulder. She stumbled and fell hard. Her chin scraped along the ground before she managed to regain her balance. As Theory stood up, she aimed a well-placed nip at his front right leg. Maybe she could take him off balance as well.
