He found the beverage relaxing and only needed a few laps of the liquid to ease his muscles. He forgave her easily as she nuzzled him sweetly, and he was reminded how close they were to each other. Bourbon didn’t quite hit the mark with his wine, but Luce appreciated the lavender he’d gathered. ”Good,” he offered a nod and leaned in closer as she relaxed.
