He lay hunkered on the ground, waiting for someone (or someone's) to answer his call while he continued to watch the walrus herd. They seemed to be loud, smelly creatures...but then again, anything that had a lot of fish in their diet would smell. Still, he could get past the smell to get to what he wanted. An ear twitched back when he heard the approach of another, head turning briefly to find one of his pack mates join him at last. Though he wasn't familiar with the male, he nodded in greeting before turning his attention back to the walrus. "It is," He glanced at the earthen male, "Seems like a nice challenge, I think."

He glanced at the sky as his companion came back towards them, "It won't be an easy meal, no. But you're right about the blubber." If they could kill it and harvest the blubber, there was a good chance they could use it to make their lives a little easier in the North. Plus, the tusks could be pretty useful, too. "My companion thinks that old bull there would make a good target. I've been watching them for a while, and that particular one hasn't moved for a few hours..." He turned to Gryphon then, "I'm Cloudburst, by the way."
