Goin' Round and Round and Round

She would attempt to recall the male's name to memory, and considering he looked slightly like a cloud to her, she figured remembering Cloudburst wouldn't be that hard. Violet orbs watched curiously as he seemed to get comfortable across the terrain from her. At long last she would begin to sharpen her skills once more. Sylvia would let her head hang even with her shoulders as she shuffled her legs to stand slightly farther apart, preparing for the spar to begin. No sooner did the male begin his assault. Violet eyes narrowed in on his advances towards her, but she was a little surprised to see him attack her head on. A small grin played at her lips but vanished nearly as quickly as it came. Sylvia would back and curve her body to the left as his body attempted to collide with her, but caught sight sight of his outstretched paw at the same time. Crap, she would hiss mentally to herself before sliding her left paw even further back, causing her shoulders and head to drop. 

A snarl would erupt from her throat as she realized he was getting the better hand of her, but Sylvia would not go down so easily. Firmly planting her paws in the dirt Sylvia would attempt to reach out and bite into Cloudbursts right bicep, a firm but not serious bite. Suddenly her ears flattened against her skull when she felt his chin inching closer to her crown, realizing he had distracted her from his true attack. Not good, she cursed to herself. Knowing she couldn't avoid his blow, she would try to curl her head to the side so his jaws would grab onto the scruff around the back of her neck rather than her vital jugular. She would wince when his teeth would connect with her skin but she would push the pain away to keep focus on the spar. Sylvia would then attempt to lift her left paw and drag it across his chest in an attempt to get Cloudburst to loosen his hold.
