Invitation and Surprise

It was settled. The two women, large and small, would join this Armada at the behest of Iolaire. As the girl thanked them and turned, she could see the moistness in her gaze. Resin's brow furrowed. She didn't know that her presence would have such an impact upon the child. Err... the woman. She was glad though that she had found Iolaire again. There had been so much failure heaped upon her at the beginning. Perhaps she would make up for it now.

Shooting Meadow a slight grin, she motioned her sister ahead. "Let's go home." The giantess moved forward, taking the first steps in the next leg of her journey. Who knew would it would bring? She did know one thing; she would work to make up for lost time with her daughter.
