Tricks of the Trade

At first the man didn't seem to understand what she was asking. As he waited, the woman planted her paws, bringing her neck level with her spine. Ears tucked back against her skull and muscles tensed. Senses were on high alert and when it finally dawned on him just what he was supposed to do, she was ready.

As he rocketed forward, she anticipated his move. It was the easiest line of attack to push and try to bite. A very standard attack, but a good first move. Hind paws planted in the tamped down grass, claws digging in for purchase. The giant woman snaked her body away, the man's teeth catching fur, if anything. With that same momentum, she pushed up off of the ground with front paws. Powerful muscles in her neck pulsed as she curled her chin downward, using gravity to pull her heavy body back to earth with the attempt to slam her forehead hard into his, much like a ram might do.
