Ghost on the Ice
Souzan

Souzan's ear flicked as the woman spoke, his eyes flicking to his paws as he spotted her moving. Sou remained silent as he often did, he closed his eyes tight for a moment, then he gave a shrug. The move was easy, almost weightless but there was a pain in his face, a sort of avoidance in the way he held himself. He was obviously struggling to keep himself together but his emotions were threatening to bubble over, the open book that was the ice giant open for this celestial woman to read. There was something about the tone of her voice that encouraged him to lift his gaze, his wide, open, sad gaze. He met her searching blue eyes with his own unmatched eyes. This close now he would have normally been struck agape by the woman's beauty, her amazing simplicity. He had seen white wolves before, even among his kingdom it wasn't an uncommon color, and his short time in Winterfell meant he was now used to the more muted looks of the locals to this continent but there was something about the gentle shimmer to the woman's pelt, the way her tail was draped in a long banner, a mane of fur similarly found flowing from her head... and somewhere deep inside him Souzan did feel that awe, but it was muted as if coming to him from the depths of the ocean under his paws, the feeling blocked by the layer of ice covering it. So instead the woman was given a full face of the deep hurt and melancholy he was struggling through. speech action |
