One for the Wife

He was... laughing? The expression on his ferocious features appeared almost... joyful? No doubt Odette's face would mirror quite the opposite; a mixture between utter confusion and horror. Was the male mentally ill? Perhaps unwell? Maybe he had spent too long in the sun? Whatever the case may be, Odette could be thankful for his reaction to be on the jolly side rather than a rampaging  monster. Slowly the trembling woman would tilt her head to the side and rise from the ground. "J-Just like that? All is.. forgiven?" Perhaps it was best she didn't question it, but if there was mystical reasoning as to why she was getting off the hook so easily.. well she wanted to know. But with that in mind, she quickly added; "Thank you, I will do my best." Still learning what exactly her new role meant to Zee, she could only offer to try her absolute best at whatever the queen threw her way. Hearing the term... fighting.. caught Odette from her thoughts. Training? Was she going to be forced into a ring with Sirius? Or even the Queen for that matter? Surely there was something else in store for the female. There was no chance she would survive even one round. Ears laid flat against her crown as she gulped, only offering a slight nod of her chin to show she understood her fate.
