Ice Shards

Thoughts of the Wolf before him and the buzz of a near blizzard seemed to take away from his senses. Never did Balerion imagine a massive Polar Bear sneaking up on him. But, that is exactly what happened. In a flash he witnessed the maned divinity launch herself at the creature while shouting. Pitch black eyes widened as he consumed the savagery. There was little time for him to react and instinct took over. Adrenaline pumped through his sturdy form as the beast pivoted to face the rear of his opponent.

Suddenly he moved to charge the Polar Bear. It't attention had been fully captivated by the white Wolfess. Thus, Balerion had the perfect shot of making a proper attack. Hefty paws fell upon the icy ground below as he bounded forward. At the last moment Balerion would launch himself off the ground and aim to bite at the back of the Bear's neck. Seething teeth managed to make purchase and he raked his dull claws at the Bear's back. But, with such a daring move he gained the creature's attention. After a few head thrashed the melanistic demon let go and slithered away with haste. A swat of massive Bear claws only just missing his rear. With that it was the white Wolf's turn to attack.
