The Legion wolves trickled in one by one and he grinned at the site of them. They looked fit and healthy and a number of them wore armor and had companions in tow. Good, he didn't want this to be too easy. The fanged leader of Legion and Valkyrie exchanged playful yet biting words before Valkyrie sprang into action. Éldi sized up the wolves, eyes falling on a large male who also bore fangs but alas Eisleif beat him to that target. Both sides had about the same number of members so there was no sense doubling up.

Éldi sought an experienced opponent and so his sights skipped over the yearlings and fell on a pale woman with a red face who looked to be in similar age to the leader. Odds are she'd been there for awhile and had extensive fight knowledge. His defenses set swiftly and he dove for the woman.

Éldi thrust his right shoulder forward, seeking to slam it into the woman's throat. At the same time he threw his chest forward seeking a fierce collision that would send the woman stumbling back and a rush of adrenaline through his own body. He was anxious for the battle, craving for it as his jaws opened wide and he attempted to arc his head down for the top of the woman's right shoulder, hoping the angle would not only give him greater leverage but also help protect his own throat.
