Zee knew it wouldn't be long now, the pups were active within her and her stomach was swollen past comfortable proportions. Even simply walking seemed to be a chore lately, and though she wanted nothing more then to stay comfortable in her den until her children came she knew she might be enjoying her last few days of freedom for a little while. While Sirius did not expect her to patrol in her state, Zee found herself lapping the Tall Grass Plains regardless. It would be just her luck that the condor might return and swoop up the Armada's small members the moment she decided to lay down to give birth.
A rustle ahead of her caught her attention and she crouched low to thread through the foliage towards the sound. One of the few benefits to a plains full of long grass, a small wolf like Zee could hide herself easily and at almost all times. As she pushed through the grasses she caught the sight of one of their newest members - a young pup Sirius had found lost and alone. Her lips pulled down in a sympathetic frown as she watched the girl. Was she truly alone in this world?
The queen stepped out and towards the girl, clearing her throat softly as to not startle her. "The stem is too short." She noticed aloud, peering over across the flowerbeds to find an intact one that matched the colors the pup had chosen. Zee moved to retrieve the new daisy, snipping it with care to a length where the stem could hold within her fur. "May I?" She offered the girl a smile, stepping close enough so that if she wished Zee could place it behind her ear for her.
