Deathbelle might have lingered there happily beside Zee the whole morning, she was content and relaxed. For a few more moments until Zee’s panicked voice reached her mismatched ears. She tried to be a calming presence, she wanted to offer her full support to her sister. She knew that she could do this, she was strong despite her size. Though Sirius took his place beside her Deathbelle placed her paw supportively over Zee’s and gave her another affectionate nuzzle.

The Empress didn’t miss Iolaire’s glance. The two of them were a great team and the best that Ashen had to offer the pregnant Queen. With the pair of them there to help her Zee and all of her puppies would surely make it through the birthing. Deathbelle was determined to see her sister through.
