The sunflower looked amazing and Indigo couldn’t have been more proud of it. Even as he tilted it on its side to the ground it was impressive. Their mom was going to be so impressed. Despite what they were talking about Indy knew he needed to thank his brother. ”I appreciate your help with my project.” He told him honestly, and did wear a grin even if his teeth didn’t hurt.
Indy didn’t really see how Azure’s next words were supposed to make him feel better. ”Thanks.. I guess.” He was the biggest around of all four of them and the heaviest of the bunch too. His thick neck didn’t help anything, Az continued clumsily but Indy wasn’t blind to all the effort his sibling was going through. ”It’s okay, Az.” He tried to convince him. ”We’re all different. I’ll just be more like mom.” Who he loved just as much as their dad even if he was already nearing the point he couldn’t look up to her in a literal sense.
