Venoms response was not as excited as he'd have liked, and he wondered if maybe she was lying about his answer being good. The pup frowned, thinking hard about what else he could do in a situation with an intruder. "If I was as big as you?" He repeated, grasping the question and using it to try and fuel his thoughts. If he was as big as Venom he'd be unstoppable for sure, surely he'd not have to run away to make mom and dad happy anymore. He eyed her again, gaze settling upon her spikey haunches. "You're pretty thin, when I'm that big I'll be fatter than you. So I could knock you down and you'd be stuck."

The train of thought was coming easier now, and the pup found himself becoming excited at his imaginary battle. "Oh! Then because you're so stuck, I could bite you and you couldn't get away. My paws would be soooo big they could cover your whole face and you couldn't see while I bit and bit and bit." Was that a better answer? It probably should have concerned Azure more that he was imagining bloodying a wolf who was close to him, but he was only very excited with the possibility that one day he'd be her size and an unstoppable fighter.
