Since the pit idea had failed, Az was moving on to the next plan. Snares, he said. Aslatiel hadn't used a snare so her brother would have to show her how it was done. She was looking forward to the lesson and wondered what they might be able to catch.
The diminutive wolf had her mouth full of vines. The long tendrils snaked out on each side of her body and made travel a little difficult. More than once she stumbled and had to right herself. By the time she reached Azure, she was more than a little grumpy.
Spitting the vines out on the ground, Asla walked a few circles, taking a breather and collecting herself. Once satisfied, she locked purple eyes on her brother. "Okay, what do we do?"
