Goin' Round and Round and Round

His attacks seemed to surprise and confuse her for a brief moment, moreso his paw seemed to distract her which was fine by him. Judging by her movement at seeking to protect herself, it seemed she hadn't expected it. Her head and shoulders dropped, giving him easy access to the back of her neck. Teeth pierced her scruff, though he didn't keep that hold for long. What made him release sooner, however, was the firm bite he revieved on his bicep which caused him to growl and recoil a bit. Likewise, her own paw dragging across his chest made him back off, but only slightly. Without hesitation the male lowered his head towards the ground and charged at her, keeping the gap between them as close as possible before he swung his head to the side in an attempt to headbutt her and knock skulls. Would it hurt him too? It was likely. But he was sure he could take it. After he attempted to do that, he immediately brought his front half up and aimed to wrap his forelegs around her neck and hoped that his initial attack would have unbalanced her enough that he could send her to the ground using his weight to throw her down.
