It wasn't surprising that Aurielle largely anticipated her attack. Still she pushed on, even when she saw Aurielle begin to react, charging for her neck with parted jaws. At the last second the older wolf spun around, deftly moving to the left and swinging around in one fluid motion. Next thing she knew, Aurielle was colliding with her side, one of her front limbs landing just over her back.

The force was enough to cause her to stagger, though she wouldn't let Aurielle topple her quite so easily. Regaining her balance was quite the feat, though she adjusted her limbs and tried as hard as she could to hold strong against her alpha's force. The bite on her scruff landed, though she struggled to wiggle free, jaws parting as she snapped at whatever she could find - in this case, one of her front limbs, though thanks to her compromised position she wasn't quite sure she'd get a very good grip if she managed to find hold at all.
