Donning the ridiculous helmet that he'd won at the firefly festival, which seemed like so long ago now, Corvus headed toward the two he was fighting. He'd been put up against Twig and Void. He didn't know Void terribly well, but he wouldn't go too hard on the young boy... and likewise, while the thought of wrestling Twig settled quite well with him, the possibility of hurting her did not. But they did need to prepare, and so Corvus reminded himself this wasn't just a romp in the sand - they were supposed to be practicing, even if he wanted to hold back quite a bit.

He watched with amusement as Twig raced after Void, nipping at his hocks. It wasn't surprising that Twig managed to keep up easily with the youngster, though Corvus had taken to running lately after his little beach run with Twig, and he was eager to show her what he'd been working on. Kicking off hard through the plains after her, he focused on Twig, aiming to tackle her from the side and away from Void. Though this left him open to an attack by Void, there wasn't much he could do as he charged Twig's side other than brace himself - and if she toppled over he was surely going down with her.
