i found a way to catch that feel good

Behind her, she could feel the cold wind dying down. The sound of thunder had receded and the sound of falling rain was slowly dissipating. Soon they would be able to escape their confines. They could either resume their trek or Resin could escort Tamsyn back to her den. If they did continue, they'd both be muddy by the end, no doubt.
Having shared her recent musings with Tamsyn, the larger woman was a little surprised when she said that she didn't want her to leave. Looking down upon the black wolf, dark ears flicked forward. Tamsyn had her full attention. She could see the mixed emotions on the fae's delicate features and was truly shocked when the obsidian dame asked if she could go with her. The question and the fact that she would want to stay with Resin was... endearing. Since her foreleg was already wrapped around the woman, she pulled her close. This time, the embrace was intentional and she rested her cheek atop Tamsyn's head between her ears. "It may not even happen. I'm simply thinking aloud, so there's no need to be upset." She didn't say whether or not she would take the woman with her, but if she did decide to split off and start her own pack, she would be sure to ask then if Tamsyn wished to join her. It would make her quite happy to keep the little wolf close.
Birds began to chirp again outside. Their moment was over. Uncurling herself from around the dark wolf, the giantess stuck her head outside of the hollow. Soon the rest of her body followed. The storm had ended and the sun was showing through the clouds once more. Little rainbows appeared in puddles. Taking a few steps forward the woman shook out her thick pelt, ridding it of clinging debris. Casting her gaze towards Tamsyn, she asked, "Would you like to continue or would you like to go back?"
