He was teaching some of the lost lambs the art of war, but it would be a while before the Armada was in a better position to defend against raids, and do raids themselves.

It seemed the title ‘old man’ had stuck, but that was alright. Give it a few days and he would show her he was still in the prime of his life. Just let his poor old ribs take a break first.

“Why no indeed” he agreed softly, and then offered her a companionable smile. He was glad she so easily agreed to stay. He needed more warriors around, and he found he rather liked her, despite her attitude.
