Caelia, usually the picture of polite calm and certainly, suddenly felt her own thoughts derail her attention. Regaining her composure felt impossibly hard, but she did her best to reel herself to the present, away from her confused thoughts. She was here to fight, and to train, she reminded herself firmly - not to gawk and let her mind fly away from her. Momentarily narrowing her eyes, she tried to imagine the type of fight he'd put up. Caelia was used to fighting against wolves much larger than her, so she wasn't intimidated by his size necessarily.

"Same goes to you," she replied, and no sooner did she speak did Plague charge her, without much warning. Loosening her stiff posture, just enough so that her barreling into him wouldn't cause her to be knocked over completely, she braced herself for his attack. Immediately he moved to wrap his paws around her neck, to rest on her upper back, obviously attempting to maintain an upper hand over her right away. Swiftly she tried to drop to her stomach, knowing the move was a risky one and could quite easily give him more of an advantage over her right away. Slinking down to her belly, she lunged up with parted jaws in an attempt to grab hold of his throat, sure that such a feat wouldn't be done so easily, but it was worth the attempt.
