Like a Good Neighbor! [R A I D]

Poem didn’t miss when the cat caught her eye, and though the creature’s bright gold eyes put the young Destruction girl on edge she felt comfortable facing the feline. She’d gotten a lot of practice training up Allen to be her partner, and the white caracal eagerly took up his place beside her. Poem felt a grin appear on her dark lips, despite the circumstances she was eager to fight and defend Abaven.

The she cat was quiet, and had Edgar not given her a warning call from above Poem might have been taken unawares. Still she couldn’t react quite fast enough to avoid damage. Natha managed to grab hold and sharp claws dug into the girl’s hide. She cried out, but adrenaline quickly overshadowed the pain. Allen leapt at Natha’s back, aiming to stick his claws into her shoulders and take a similar hold to her grip on Poem.

Poem tried to shake her off and land a good bite at the same time. Poem’s jaws opened and sought purchase on the back of Natha’s neck. She’d aim to scruff the cat and try to throw her away from their close contact.
