He waited anxiously for Corvus to show up. While it may have been stupid to stand there and wait for someone specific while nearly everyone else seemed to be jumping into the fray and others stood back, he wanted to be the first to engage the earthen male. He didn't have to wait terribly long before Corvus came loping out of the forest, his red bandanna recognizable amidst the others and...what was that on his head? His gaze narrowed, lip twitching as he tried not to grin. Well well, it seemed his buddy had gotten himself all suited up, too! While he himself wore a skull helmet with antlers, Corvus was also wearing a sort of helmet with what looked to be spikes on his head. And where he wore his breastplate, Corvus had some bracers. He felt anxious. Unsure about fighting him, but as Corvus made his way towards him, there was no backing out now. Ignis waited a few moments, eyes narrowed as he prepared to brace himself. But he couldn't wait until Corvus hit him, so he waited until his friend was just a couple of strides away and the moment Corvus rose up to wrap his arms around the crimson boy, Ignis would follow suit. He widened his stance as he sought to mimic Corvus, the larger male seeking to wrap his own forelegs around Corvus' neck, too. If this were any other situation, he would consider this a hug. But under these circumstances, he supposed he couldn't call it that. Even though all he really wanted to do was hug his best friend, to reassure him that he still cared and that he didn't want to really hurt him...he didn't dare try to Bite corvus now, either. And was content for the moment to just try and wrestle each other to the ground. "I'm sorry!" He exclaimed as he tried to twist his upper body in an effort to push Corvus enough to unbalance him and get him towards the ground.
