Whiskers managed to get a hold on Eraithus’ leg… though not for long as he flailed it. The sudden momentum was enough to cause her to slip off. She hit the ground and stumbled, just out of the way of the paws of the larger beasts, while the fight continued.

Even as his jaws released her body blood welled from the bite that Eraithus left. The scent of it, her pain, had adrenaline pumping through her veins. His shifted position messed with her own attack and her teeth scraped some flesh and fur as he continued to move. Slippery little thing… reminded her of how Ears liked to move when the two of them tussled. She wouldn’t have her hold, no, but she managed to draw some blood as well.

Bellamy was eager to keep going.

She didn’t shift her position and instead remained facing him head on. Something that could be a mistake.

Erin’s teeth went lay claim to her foreleg, wrapping around it even more this time, and Bells felt the tightness of his hold as he firmly held it. Bellamy snarled as her head twisted, rather than head for the scruff this time, to attempt to grasp his skull with her upper jaw on the outside of his right ear and lower jaw just behind the left one. Her goal was get a hole and squeeze… you know, just to ‘encourage’ him to release her leg and possibly give him a headache later. She made sure to redistribute her weight across the three grounded limbs as well; she didn’t want to compromise her balance with it in his maw.

Whiskers managed to shake off enough of her temporary daze to lunge for a second attack herself. The female badger lunged for the back left leg of Eraithus now in a bodily attempt at a slam in the lower section of the leg, towards the middle below the bend below the knee and above his paw; she had to watch not to do too much though. It could be all too easy to get carried away by the heat of the moment.
