Twig was fighting for Abaven’s honor. Just because it was supposed to be treated like trainin meant she was going to pull her blows. As their battle began Twig knew her opponent would do similar. The two women grappled in close quarters, both giving their all to the fight, both drawing blood with their bite. Twig felt Kirsi’s flesh rip beneath her jaws as she pulled away, and the small striped woman released her grip accordingly.

The Memoire girl uttered a heavy ‘oof’ as Kirsi drove the wind from her lungs. She fought to catch her breath and keep her balance at the same time. Twig used Kirsi’s closeness to her advantage and went in for a hold at the back of her neck the second time. Just because she couldn’t catch her breath didn’t mean she couldn’t get control of her opponent to end the match in her favor.
