Tired and Sore

Brandr limped away from the raid but rather than going to where the healers would be camping he sought to head back home to his den near the bay. Corentine and Lucine were finally recovering from their illness and Brandr could think of no one better to treat his injuries than his lovely wife.

It was slow going but he was determined. The would on his side over his ribs as well as the bite on the left side of his neck were both starting to bleed again but thankfully he didn't have much farther to go. He arrived at the entrance of his family den and called gently. "Corentine, I'm back from the raid. If you feel up to it do you think you could give me a hand with my injuries?"
