She settled herself internally, calming her quickly beating heart as she took in Pestilence and her words. One more good spar between the two of them before the raid and when Pesto left them. ”Alright, Pesto.” Venom agreed softly, careful not to reveal her nervous energy as she lowered her head and settled into a fighting stance. Too long had passed since their battle with Gadreel, Venom put Pesto’s actions that day behind her. This was a new battle.

Venom aimed to slam her shoulder against the broad side of Pesto’s left one while at the smale time craning her head so that her open jaws might wrap around her sister’s throat at the base of her jaw.
