No bench polishers here (informal pack meeting!)

Sparrow had been a little late to the meeting, but it really wasn't her fault. She had JUST managed to haul herself up into a tree and get situated on a nice large branch when the call rang out. Now, being a wolf, she was not so able to nimbly jump off her branch and onto the ground. She had learned the hard way that doing that was a great way to twist your ankle. So slowly Sparrow worked her way down off the branch and to the ground. Besides, it did Tyr no good if she came to the meeting injured anyways.

Once her paws hit the ground she was on her way. She made a good part of the speech and understood what was going on. She stayed towards the back as he asked for three volunteers. Two spoke up. Finally. Sparrow peeked her head up with a lopsided smile, "Got room for one more?"
