Sirius frowned, on edge, and unwilling to trust it wasn’t a trap. He tensed, considering leading them away, but instead his eyes found Tamsyn, and he would see the heavy breathing of her side, the tiredness in her body. He let out a soft, frustrated sigh. He had led her into this, he had a responsibility to lead her out.

With no better option before them, he took her advice, and trusted she had a better of read of people then he did. She had to fill in for Zee for his sense of right and wrong. His own instinct was to trust everything in a bad situation meant harm to them.

With a frustrated sigh, he continued onwards, following the slowly moving figure of what he was quite certain was a bear, as it lead them further through the trees. Some time later- time being rather a difficult thing to follow when every step was laborious, and the air itself seemed to be against them. - they would finally see the shape of rocks against the white.

The bear stopped at a hole in the rocky wall, and vanished inside. Sirius gently pushed Tamsyn up against the wall before the entrance. “Stay here” he ordered, before slipping inside himself. His hackles were raised, and he was prepared for the worst. Instead, the tiny bear curled up on something soft in a far corner from them, and the rest of the small cave was empty. “It’s safe!” he called, keeping himself between the bear and his wolf.
