Toxicity'a bite hit its mark, bittersweet blood trickling across her teeth and onto her tongue. Tox made sure to not dig too much farther. The point that needed to be made had been made: the opponent left a key spot open. Neither eolf was here to disembowel the other and while the ultimate goal was still to win the fight, it would do neither wolf nor their respective packs any good if they had lasting injuries.

Banshee's teeth cut into Toxicity's skin yet again, right in their inteneded spot, causing Tox to suck in a sharp breath. She reminded herself that this was only mortal pain. Much less than she had entured in the past. She could still do it. The weight of the other wolf pushed down on her, her bent knees struggling to hold their place.

Toxicity kicked off, dropping her back legs to a sitting position while trying to push her upper half upwards. Simultaneously she released the pressure off of Banshee's back paws. All this was an attempt to use the wolf's force againt her and send her rump over head toppling to the ground.
