Hello Echo

Ears perked hard as the echo turned into a womans voice. Sparhawk stopped singing and frowned, craning his neck to look towards the entrance far behind. Due to the curve in the path, he couldn't see anyone. He couldn't even see the entrance or the illuminating lightning.

Rising from his place, Sparhawk moved back up the incline towards the entrance intent on learning whether he was dealing with a person or a spirit. He left his things back below. This was where he'd be spending the night, afterall.

As he rounded the bend, the silhouette of a lady wolf was illuminated for but a moment as lightning flashed. Again dark ears perked. "Hello, lady," he called out amiably, tail wagging behind him. A cool breeze blew straight into his face, promising a cold night. The rain very well might turn into ice before morning. "Is cold up there. You are wanting to come be warm, yeah? Don't worry." He turned, but swished one big paw in the direction of the large cavern where he had been singing. "Is nice in here. Nice to look for, too." So he was linguistically impaired... he more than made up for it with his enthusiastic good nature
