In his excitement, he didn’t see Mag’s intention. As the older wolf fell back, he would also reach for a wing, and Mort let out a squeak of surprise when he felt fangs in his heavy-set wings.

His free wing aimed to reach over in an attempt to smack Magnus and free him from the older wolf's fangs. Meanwhile, the pup would reach forward with a foreleg, aiming to scratch his cat-like claws down his opponent's chest.
