The future held in suspense

Having been out and about, Resin was very nearby to where the call rang out. When she arrived, Sirius and his wife were sitting at the head. Mort and Azure were there. Moving past the boys, she fixed them both with her golden gaze before settling off to the side. Resin slid down to lay upon her stomach. She was very careful of her leg and shoulder these days. One little tweak could leave her weak on one side for days after. Having situated herself, the big woman curled her tail around her hip and waited.
