She still didn't understand why they were in this dreadful place. Momma had been Queen, and they would be trained to take her place, but instead she handed it off to some stranger, and they left. Left behind their home, their kingdom. And here they were. Stuck in this place called Valhalla. And for what? She didn't know, she was sure her father probably told her but she wasn't listening. Her parents had been elusive, leaving her to explore her new home. She had yet to meet anyone beside Chrysanthe, their new Alpha. The little girl could only hope that maybe there were some other pups in this place. Tiny paws kissed the earth, two toned eyes searching the unfamiliar landscape. It was warmer here, not that she remembered anything from her very short stay in the north. It was just different, everything was so green, even with the heat of summer. Tiny jaws parted in a pant. Her siblings were nowhere to be found. Lifting her crown, gaze moved towards the sky at the unforgiving sun. She hoped it would be over soon. She didn't like this heat, there was no escaping it, and she had yet to find any water to cool off in. Rather disgruntled, Sevan dropped her rump to the earth, having found shade beneath a small tree. She glared at nothing in particular. Why weren't her parents here? And where had her sisters wandered off to without her? The rest of her bodice soon slide down towards the cooler earth, resting her skull on her paws. There was nothing to do. She was bored. And hot. Lips twitched, revealing the tips of tiny fangs. How far had she gotten from the den? To far to find her way back right now. She could wait. She would wait. Until someone found her. Speech, |
