Valdís took Úlfr even further today, intent on burning off some of his energy. She wasn't sure how safe it was to walk a 3-month old pup so far but her parents had pushed her in a similar way and she grew up fine. This time they journeyed to the southern region of The Orchard where the river cut through the land. Valdís found a nice inlet where the river curved in slightly and the water was shallow and more still. She bent her head to drink, eager for a break. The southern regions heated up quickly in the spring and if she had her way she'd just sleep through the noon hours. She glanced to Úlfr.
