"If it's not too much to ask, you can start by teaching her the basics. Even something as simple as a story or some history about medicine will help you both become comfortable with one another. But if you feel you aren't yet ready to teach from the start, you can always do what you feel comfortable with. Even something as small as talking about the weather or what have you may help you progress enough until you're in your comfort zone. Does that make sense?"
