Indigo still had a long way to go in his training and their year of birth was coming up fast. The boy focused heavily on his training, beit alone, with Short Round, or a sibling. Today he was going to spar with Aslatiel. He had an innate need to protect his smaller sister, but he knew that she was training just as hard as he was and that she could take care of herself despite her size. Holding back wasn’t an option, you didn’t learn anything if you didn’t give every spar your all.
Massive paws carried him to where his sister was waiting, out here on the training fields. His massive form shook the long fur along his scruff as he came to a halt before her. Indigo wore a mischievous grin as he hid his excitement poorly. ”Ready Asla?” He asked as Short Round caught up to him and glanced eagerly towards Aslatiel from behind Indigo’s back legs.
