Ashur was settled nearby, sprawled upon his side on the grass. He wouldn't be actively participating in this spar unless things got out of hand, which he doubted. He cracked a green eye and peered at the purple boy and his badger. Aslatiel beamed when Indigo arrived. He asked if she was ready and the girl pranced up to him, a mischievous grin on her features. She was feeling rambunctious and it was about to show. "Oh, I'm ready to spar." The creamy girl brushed down her brother's side, whispering in Indigo's ear when she was close. "A spar for a kiss."

Using the moment if distraction hopefully to her advantage, Astatiel's jaws opened wide. She sought to grab Indigo's neck just behind his jaw between her teeth. Simultaneously, she would try to wrap her legs around his front leg so that she might throw him off balance. She was in it for real this time and it surely showed.
