Harbringr's fangs hit high, digging into Ignis' hip. He worked to hold on but the larger, heavier youth suddenly ripped himself free of Hari's grasp. The older wolf was so surprised by the move he was slow to react. That fraction of a second cost him as Ignis slammed violently into his side. At the same moment the youth's companion hit his legs, causing Harbringr to crash onto his side. "Shit!" Pain lanced through him and for a moment he wondered if he cracked a rib. Hari tucked his tail, pinned his ears and pulled his limbs in close to his body. Ignis' front limbs pinned him down, but as the youth sought to bite him Harbringr attempted a counter, seeking to kick his hind legs out and up into the youth's throat. He needed to buy himself some time to get out of this compromising position.
