Who's gonna break these chains and lies? Large steps of another would approach and Kefka would silently await for his opponent to place themselves as they so pleased before him. The male looked oddly familiar to him but also not at all. Really in the back of his mind he thought of his father, Kaine, but he knew he had never met this brute before. And besides, his spots were a little more potent than the marks of an Abraxas. "Indeed." He replied gently with a small grin growing on his face. The male would start into a defensive position and it would seem he and Kefka had the same idea. But Kefka was interested in seeing how this much larger brute, the size of no one he had ever met, would begin the offensive. He was used to his small and thin mother and all the ways that she would come at him. Not a giant, heavy brute that appeared to be well in the ways of battle. A way Kefka wanted to learn. Midnight eyes stayed towards the man as he thought if he should go ahead with the first move or start defensive. It only took a few seconds before he hunkered down and mirrored his opponent's stance for a collision. His head would flick toward the man as if mentioning he could have the first move. Was that dumb on Kefka's part or Ulric's? Kefka felt he would have an advantage if the male came towards him first. But if the male chose to stalemate him, he would have no problems going forward in offense. Round 0/2?
