Let's Get Ready to Rumbleeee!

Úlfr ears perked up at the sound of movement down in the hole in the ground. His fur stood on end as he listened. He could make out snippets here and there. Something about a foul creature? Oh, no! Someone was in trouble. Úlfr swallowed his nerves, standing there for a moment as he debated the best way to attack whatever was down there. Just as he was about to dive in a large, grumpy, old face popped up out of the ground. He yelped in surprise and scrambled back to put a bit more room between him and the man, just in time as the man's paw swept out and nearly knocked his feet out from under him.

Úlfr didn't know what to make of the older man, but he decided he ought to put on a brave face. "Well, then I'll just have to learn to fight them! I'm a lot tougher than you think. Watch this!" With his ears pinned and his fur on end he dove towards Valentine's left paw, seeking to sink his teeth into the wrist and wrap his front arms around the paw.
