I'll Rise Up

Nodding her understanding to his statement, Meadow readies herself for the attack that is sure to come. She waits and waits but he does not attack. Just when she is about to ask if she did something wrong, Dunkan explodes toward, running head on. Bracing herself, getting ready for the impact, she is taken by surprise when switches to the left and attempts to wrap his legs around her shoulders.

Instinct kicks in and she tries to throw her weight to the left side, trying to either wind him by impacting his chest or throw him off balance so he cannot fully wrap around her shoulders. His teeth clamp firmly around her scruff and eyes widen at the sudden pain. Something clicks in her brain and the fighter in her takes over. Attempting to dislodge his hold, Meadow lunges as far to the right as she can and tries to create a gap that will allow her enough room to turn her head and snap at any exposed part of his legs or side. If she is able to bite anything, it will be enough to sting but not draw blood.
