He gave her an explanation and was obviously in complete turmoil. The small woman looked over her shoulder at the tracks in the sand again and simply said, "Huh." Her tone was somewhat amused. She looked back to her brother as he sat in the sand. "Are you really surprised? She's always loved you. With Hannibal gone and no man that she can trust, it's bound to raise old feelings." Io gave a little stretch before seating herself in the sand beside him. "Pity the three of you couldn't form a relationship." She understood though. Zee wasn't into it and Sirius wouldn't disrespect her. "My mother was in a relationship with a man and a woman for a long while. They can work, but all parties have to be agreed, of course." Casting her gaze to Sirius again, she gave him a gentle nudge. "Wanna talk about it?" Was he worried that Zee might find out about the kiss? Was he worried that he had almost given in? What was rattling around in that big head of his? "Speech"
