Looking for Opportunity

Naiche wasn't going to let go! In fact, the smaller wolf just gritted his teeth down. The young wolf had a feeling if he let go, he'd lose and that wasn't allowed after the horrible beginning. Naiche attempted to turn sideways so he would be standing beside Dunkan as much as possible instead of facing his shoulder. The ability was limited so long as he was holding the wolf's scruff, but he'd take what he could get. Naiche attempted to hop up enough to get a front leg over Dunkan's shoulder attempting to knock him off balance.

Dunkan snapped at his teeth, and Naiche closed an eye out of instinct. The cat was at his back leg and Naiche had no idea how to handle that with pressing his weight on Dunkan at the same time. Unless he got Dunkan down Naiche would lose and even if he got lucky and went down this was clearly not the right way to handle being teamed up on.
