Let me Bee
Fighting Seasonal ft Fel

Fel had said that she wouldn't leave the pack again, but that didn't mean that she wouldn't leave pack lands. There had been a heavy influx of bees as of late and she was intent on finding out why. Already she'd been stung once or twice and getting stung was never enjoyable. Her toe and nose had hurt for days. Imagine one of the new pups getting stung by this plethora of winged assassins? Little... uh... DampCardigan and Asmoldering would be far worse off than she was. As their aunt, she had an obligation, right? So! The marbled woman picked her way over the land, following the trail of bees as they came and went. It wasn't terribly difficult to find their hive. And what a hive it was! It was the biggest that Fel had ever seen in all of her days. The steady thrum of their wing beats almost gave her a headache. It definitely made her feel nauseous. She didn't like that the sound made her eyes feel as though they were vibrating. Wrinkling her nose, Fel moved away from the hive. There was something that she had to do first. Seeking out one of the wild cotton plants that grew around this area, Fel set to work plucking enough so that she could stuff it into her ears. Not only would it dull the sound, but it would keep nasty bees from getting into them after she destroyed their home. Next she found a stream and rolled herself upon the bank, coating her entire body in a thick layer of mud. Bees couldn't sting through mud. Using a paw, Fel swiped the mud away from either eye. Keeping them clear of her eyes would be the only thing that she had to worry about. Covered in mud with cotton sticking from her ears, the lithe fae danced her way back towards the hive. She stopped and stared upwards. Movement from the side caught her attention and she turned her blood red gaze to look upon an earthen colored man. Her eyes narrowed momentarily as she considered not telling him that there was about to be a tornado of bees swarming the place. In the end, the woman did open her mouth to speak. "You might want to go away if you don't want to be stung to death." There was determination in her gaze. These bees were going down. She then shrugged noncommittally. "Or if you're staying, you might want to get a coating of mud on you." Maybe he was eyeing the hive too. A lot of wolves enjoyed the taste of honeycomb. If so, he could definitely help her in destroying this mess. He could have some of the comb. She could take some as well. Someone back in the pack could find a use for it, she was sure. "Fel" "Oona"

Fel can often be a very...mature character. Be aware.
