Valdís made sure that Úlfr was tucked away before she started her patrol. While he was getting to an age he could wander freely about the pack lands she still wasn't quite ready to bring him on patrol with her. In all honesty she just needed a break from the energetic pup from time to time. In this way patrols were a vacation as much as they were work. Speaking of work… Her eyes narrowed as she caught an unfamiliar scent at the border leading right into the territory. She quickly raced after the scent, hoping whoever was on patrol before her was already tracking down the scent. When she arrived she saw Pestilence already engaged with the trespasser. She grinned.
