There was a strange buzz in her ears and a warmth in her face as she sat at the edge of the beach, cheap liquor in paw. She felt as though this party was her proper introduction to adulthood, in it's ugly, confused, horny glory. In her drunkeness she felt clumsy, nauseous and dizzy, and yet she felt a weight off her chest. She could do whatever she wanted, and she wouldn't have to remember. She could do whoever she wanted. That's what people were here for, right? The thought brought butterflies in her stomach.
She spied a familiar face by yet more alcohol. She couldn't exactly remember where she had seen him, but she remembered she had been quite intimidated. Not anymore of course, as she strode quite boldly towards him.
"Hullo sstranger." She said, her tone friendly although it teetered towards flirtatious.
Her voice didn't exactly come out as she intended it to, why had she said that so strangely? She would've frowned but warm blush on her face had glued a dumb, wide smile on her face. She wasn't complaining though, they already been introduced, hadn't they? And yet his name escaped her. Maybe that was important information, but maybe not.
Her eyes flittered briefly to the bowl of booze but she scolded herself silently before she could act. 'That's enough alcohol for you missy.' Her own mind warned. She wanted to at least be sober enough to make her own decisions, however dumb they may be.

Abby is completely blind as of this thread. The curse will lift on the first day of winter.
Abby has a common brush tailed possum companion named Bell. She’s Abby’s guide dog until her curse is lifted. If she’s not mentioned assume she is close by/present.
